There is nothing ...
There is nothing wrong with left foot rotation on the follow through, the transfer of weight during the swing will automatically move your left foot some, if you feel like it is a major problem, you may just be trying to hit the ball too hard. A good pair of golf shoes and a firm swing without trying to kill the ball would probably help you. But if its just turning your foot slightly in the follow thru, i dont see a problem with it, just adjust your target according to your draw or fade.

I have a question, ...
I have a question, perhaps a kind viewer can assist me with this: My forward foot (left) rotates a little too much in my follow through. Even when it doesn't move, I feel like I'm fighting to keep it from moving. What causes this and how can I correct it?

I'm a beginner, 28 yrs old, shoot in the 90s and carry a drive 230-250 if that helps.

it sounds like your ...
it sounds like your weight is not transfering properly. try making a big effort to finish with all your weight on your front foot. also maybe look at your shoes. if there not golf shoes with spikes they wont grip properly. and alot of players (jack nicklaus) actually have there front foot opened slightly when they adress the ball

Errr, does it ...
Errr, does it bother you? I know that Anthony Kim's foot moves a lot in the follow through. He swings crazy hard though, maybe try swimming less hard. Try putting in 80% of the effort.

Don't try to fight ...
Don't try to fight to keep it from moving, I think that when you relax and don't focus on the moving you will swing a lot better.
