I tried this with a SW and dang it worked. I put 20 consecutive shots straight to the target, something I’ve never done in 40 years of golfing. I couldn’t believe how easy this shot was and how accurate and consistent it could be played. Whoever thought of keeping your weight on the leading foot all the way? It felt weird, but results are results.

Why would …
Hi there,
Why would you think that?
Every shot is different, so it depends on the SHOT you want to hit!
Ball further back in the stance with take the loft off the club at impact, creating a lower flighted shot with more backspin…
Further forward will increase loft & (slightly) decrease backspin.
Some PGA Tour golfers move the ball around – Tiger. Some keep the ball in a similar position through the bag – Nick Price.
Suggestion: experiment, find what enables you to hit the best shots.
